The waitresses were nice and the food is really good had an amazing time there
Ruth is a well seasoned and accomplished hostess that has literally work there for as long as some of us have been alive. She's always full of energy very quick to refill your drinks and doesn't hover over the table. We love you Ruth.
Server was OK. Kitchen seriously struggled. If we'd been really picky, every meal ordered could have been sent back because each had multiple things wrong vs what we ordered. Food tasted good.
Food was room temperature and had no flavor. We we're travelling and I know that the Ponderosa in our area is usually pretty good. When we are down to the state of Indiana from the state of People, for my family's Christmas, we usually go here once each year, for the last 4 years, it has gotten worse, I don't think I will ever fo again. Sorry, but I could had a cheaper, better meal at the buffet at Pizza Hut. Ponderosa = $8.29/Pizza Hut Buffet = $5.99.
