Took my truck in for an oil change. Price was the same as one at Walmart which shocked me. I would much rather get my truck serviced at a dealership but always thought it would cost a lot more money. It was even 10-15 dollars cheaper than the price I got from the dealership I bought my truck from. Will definitely be getting oil changed there from now on.
Friendly staff that was knowledgeable, made the visit tolerable. The prices hurt. They wanted $100 for a key fob that I bought online for $10 with shipping. Then charged me $70 to pair it with my car. A price was the same regardless of where I got it from. If you don't want to travel to get to a different dealer, you better have a big wallet.
Very poor customer service I bought a $40000 truck from them have had it a month has been in two different shops 5 time for multiple issues 1 issue they refuse to fix told me it's not their problem they wasn't fixing it I don't recommend anybody buy a vehicle from here they are shady they told me they're diesel tech wasn't any good and sent me to another shop because they wasn't sure how to fix it I will never get another vehicle here again
