I got a disc conversion from them. The bearings and pads lasted two rides, so I tried to order replacement pads from them online. They took my credit card info and sent an invoice. A month later still no pads. At least they didn't charge my card (so far), but no telling who has my credit card number now.
These guys are awesome! I bought the 2 piece windshield for my Honda Pioneer 1000-5. I love this windshield! This weekend, I had an unfortunate experience where the bottom portion cracked around the latch. Very unusual, but Adam and the folks at SuperATV didn't even question it. He shipped out a new bottom part immediately. That is good customer service, and firm belief in your products. I will continue to purchase from them!
Great customer service and support! I've bought at least 50 different products from them, most without incident. The items I did have a problem with were handled by them quickly and with no charge to me at all. Their phone ordering does suck though.......
I purchased a tie rod kit and a-arm lift kit a bit over 2 years ago. This weekend, 1 of the Tie Rods failed and stripped out. I just called in to see what my options were and I spoke with tech support. Gave them my order # and explained the problem. Within 2 minutes they were shipping me out a warranty part and no cost. Very easy to do business with...... something that is getting harder to find these days. Thanks!!

Great Customer service they took the time to walk me through the install of adjusting lower A-arms. Axles are solid I go twice a year to coal creek, TN and have not broken there fronts yet. OEM only lasted three rides but I was heck on them so maybe some what a driver issue.
Update: Unfortunately their growth has all but destroyed their formally great customer service. I have lost thousands of dollars in sales due to their lackluster dealer service. Phone calls never returned, wrong items sent numerous times to angry customers, and lack of responsibility on their part. Sadly, even the management doesn't seem to care.
