I drove 2 hours to see my niece and because they didn't have the message wrote correctly and it said sister instead of daughter we couldn't visit. Very upset and so is her daughter. It is very hard for us to make to drive and to get off work to get here. I feel that they could have contacted her social worker and straightened this out so we could have at least seen her briefly
