Helpful staff, but AT&T is a company who doesn't train their staff enough. Too often I have to call customer support to get my answer and problems solved.

Was in the store and bought a phone case. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful.
The store lied offering an invalid promotion. The csr spent my whole time in there discussing Wendy's chicken nuggets vs. Mcdonalds chicken nuggets. This is ridiculous and makes at&t look like a joke.GROW UP CHILDREN
