I have been visiting First Stop since it opened. I see Jenny, she is my primary care provider. Everyone is nice to me and I always feel comfortable there. My dad recently moved to Madison from Ohio and he is now seeing Gail. Dad and I really like Gail and I really like Jenny, she has been very supportive and caring. The ladies at the front desk are always nice, Erin the sweet lady that takes my blood and takes my vitals is so caring and kind, Lisa the radiographer is just as sweet and nice as she can be. I can't ask for more.
Every time they do a fantastic job! Very clean and through if your in Madison, IN. I LOVE that they are open late every day!
I have been here several times. The Drs. have always been professional and have done a great job. So great that I made them my PCP. Test were done and x-rays and in most cases I got results before I left the office. There is a wait time, since it is a first come first served basis. But I don't mind waiting since I know I will have some one who takes care of my needs. If you need a specialist they either set you up an appt. with the nearest one or you can choose your own. The receptionist are very capable As you can tell I am a very satisfied patient.
I had multiple negative experience .the doctor would be rude and judgmental about why I was there despite knowing most of my vista were because of a chronic medical problem. One of the doctors unnecessarily hurt me during a pelvic exam and caused me to bleed. I've heard nurses out side my room talking about why I was there and making rude comments. I haven't been back there for a year at least because of all this. I will Never go back.
I was able to be in and out in 15 minutes. Every member of the staff was very courteous, caring, and efficient. I highly recommend this walk in clinic for your urgent care needs.
