I saw Dr. Helton she was GREAT! She was very thorough and kind. She took as long as needed, no rush at all. I was estastic that a Dr didn't just look at you as another number! I would recommend Dr. Helton highly!
This situation, along with an unfriendly doctor when I first went there leads me to write this review. I hope telling about my situation will keep others from having the same thing happen to them. I've never had so much trouble with a business before. This place should be avoided at all costs.
They took very good care of me here. I was treated very well and it was easy to get in and out. I chose it because it was the place that could get me in the fastest; within the week.
I have had nothing but a bad experience with this place. My glasses lens were defective and I attempted to have them replaced. However, after 2 weeks of waiting I called and they said the lenses would be ready in a few days. Yet another week later I call and they say the order for the lenses was only sent 2 days ago. This was 5 days after they said the order was already placed. I was told they would look into and I would called back the next day. However, they did not call back. It's been almost 4 weeks now and I still don't have my replacement lenses yet.
