DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. We went in to get speakers for our side by side and found some for what we thought was a great price. We were told in store that they came with instructions and we would have no problem hooking them up. We bring them home and it's obvious that they've been used. They were rusted and had dirt marks on them. We hook them up to our battery and only two out of the four speakers work so we took them back. The man working was very nice about swapping them out for another set that only came with two speakers. We get home and not even five minutes later we get a call saying we need to return them because "they cannot do an exchange like that" Once we get back to the store the woman starts accusing us of bringing back the old ones that we said were already used. We were shocked. We had been to this place three times within an hour and could not believe that we were being accused of this. Then they have the audacity to ask if we would like to pay the difference and get the two speakers. It's one thing to have to go back three different times to get the correct ones, but to be accused of concocting some evil plan to steal from them was unbelievable. This place will never get our business again and you can be sure all of our friends that ride with us will be hearing about this atrocious customer service.
It's been several years since I have purchased a bike from a dealer but the last time I did it was at Thornton's in Versailles. The experience then was incredible and the experience I had at Madison's store was the same some 15 years later. Very friendly,extremely helpful, and most importantly very honest. Pleasure to deal with and even though I'm not the most experienced motorcycle guy they have dealt with, my questions were answered without me feeling like it was a silly question to ask. Steve and Tammy were great!
