The counter man was courteous, knowledgeable and helped me with the right decision on tires. He also worked his magic to get me the best deal he could.
Good tires and friendly service. Be sure to come more than a hr before they close. One hr to closing, it becomes more about getting the stacks of tires in than getting customers out. Took 1.5hrs to change a tire that I had off the car already. Set outside another 20 minutes before they brought in the work order
Not many places make you feel like you matter any more. Most places make you feel like a number. This is NOT the case with Bog O Tires in Madison Indiana. I felt like my truck was their #1 priority and that place was very busy. I was in an out as fast as they could get my truck done. Thank you and do not lose that aspect of your business.
