Do yourself a favor and avoid trying to get anything done in this office and just have a lawyer deal with this particularly nasty woman with the "im-better-than-you" attitude.
Most of the staff is friendly, but could not resolve my issue or answer my questions on the phone because their "manager" is always out of the office or on vacation. The manager lady upon my office visit was rude and treated me like a criminal over something on my driving record from over 6 years ago. All i wanted to do was get a copy of the driving offense complaint related to the suspension the bmv mysteriously handed me 6 years after the fact, and she was nothing but short and rude, and ultimately refused to give me the records I needed from her to resolve the paperwork issue in a state I don't even live in anymore.
