This is way better than the first stop urgent care!!! Drs. HERE know and care about patients more than First Stop, who told my son who had pneumonia, bronchitis, and strep to just keep rotating over the counter meds and then prescriped him med THAT I HAD TO CALL BACK AND COMPLAIN TO EVEN GET THAT. Which ended up breaking him out in hives head to toe!!! He needed up in the ER twice after that, and two months later still dealing w the effects from this rash. **DO NOT GO TO THE FIRST STOP.*** GO TO: CONVIENT CARE IS CONNECTED WITH KDH. THIS ONE IS THE ONE TO GO TO IF YOU'RE IN MADISON!!!!! I give a 4 out of 5 due to there is always room for improvements for anything in my opinion.
Had to take my son and husband here when primary physician had family emergency and could not see them..the wait time was reasonable, and registration was only 3-5 mins..staff addressed our issues, and we were on our way within an hour..will go again if necessary..thank you KDH..
