Being a former hardware store employee I know what it takes to provide the level of service that customers expect and Grover and his crew above and beyond.
Grover went out of his way one time to sell me a couple of sockets out of his personal set because he hadn't got individual ones in yet, but would be soon and replace them with those. Another time I had thought I lost an item I had just purchased there, but they saw my wife at work and let her know that I had left it on the counter and could come pick it up.
Grover is a good guy to deal with. I generally can get what I want myself but he still comes and asks me . I will be in there AGAIN tomorrow but that's what ya gotta do if you are doing stuff. Two thunmbs up for Grover and the guys.
I can't begin to describe how friendly and helpful Grover and his crew are here. They honestly treat you like family.
