Good deals! I like their selection of merchandise despite the fact that the store itself is rather small. For the most part, Kroger brand is of good quality for many of their items. My biggest complaint is the fact that there is no public restroom. The closest is at a bar across the road or two blocks over at the courthouse (when they're open).
Ruler usually has most of what I need. Today they did not have large half n half or large containers of flavored yogurt. But I like the store and their meat..... it's owned by Kroger so they have Kroger brands. The staff is helpful. The store appears clean. They did let me use their bathroom once when I really needed too.
I can honestly say that since there had been a change in management this store has gotten better.
