My husband and I originally chose to support a local business when furnishing our home, but I now know that was a mistake because their customer service is lacking and offensive.
I was belittled, and called a liar when I called about using a manufacturer's warranty I was told my sofa and chairs had when I purchased them. Rather than try to help me, I was told a BS line, and called a liar. After I ended the phone call, Mark Bear continued to harass me by sending text messages.
Just moved into a bigger home and wanted to get some new items. Mark was so very kind, understand and helpful. We didn't feel pushed into anything or that we was just another sale. Thank you Mark for everything. God Bless
